Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at 94 777291948 with your order number and a photo/video of the item. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
You will have to inform about the issue within 24 hours and the exchange can be completed within 3 working days.

Exchange Due to model change

If you would like to change to the model you can contact us at  94 777291948  with your request and an additional shipping charge will be added.
Condition: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.
